Here it is, folks! The document we have been waiting for! Now what, Supreme Court?

Widely circulated; challenge to Obama’s birthplace and to US Citizenship.

Seems this is bound to arise [again] in the “political diatribe” of the coming year!

Whether we like it – believe it – or disbelieve it. “Barack Hussein Obama II General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya where Obama was born a few hours later at 7:21 pm on August 4, 1961(what a sad day for the USA!). Four days later his mother flew to Hawaii and registered his birth in Honolulu as a certificate of live birth which omitted the place and hospital of birth.”

Well, well, well … at last the ‘real’ thing. Now, what will happen?

Whom do you believe? This man should be impeached-now!

Now if only someone in Congress or the Supreme Court will act on this!

If these documents are as authentic as they certainly seem to be, Obama is NOT qualified to be our President and he sits in the White House illegally!

A British history buff was asked if he could find out who the colonial registrar was for Mombasa in 1961.

After only a few minutes of research, he called back and said “Sir Edward F. Lavender. Note the same name near the bottom of the photo above.

The above document is a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth,” but below is a copy of the actual Certificate of Birth – the real-deal legal kind of certificate.

The Mombasa Registrar of Births has testified that Obama’s birth certificate from Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa is genuine. This copy was obtained by Lucas Smith through the help of a Kenyan Colonel who recently got it directly from the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Here it is:

The local Muslim Imam in Mombasa named Barack with his Muslim middle name Hussein so his official name on this certificate is Barack Hussein Obama II.

The grandmother of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. reveals the story of his birth in Mombasa, Kenya, a seaport, after his mother suffered labor pains while swimming at ocean beach in Mombasa.

“On August 4, 1961 Obama’s mother, father, and grandmother were attending a Muslim festival in Mombasa, Kenya.

His mother had been refused entry to airplanes due to her nine-month pregnancy. It was a hot August day at the festival so the Obamas went to the beach to cool off. Letter from Kitau in Mombasa, Kenya:“I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya. I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put out by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavender’s name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the “copy” of the original was ordered. I stress the word “copy.” My copy also has republic of Kenya. So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama’s birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.

The birth certificate is genuine. It will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.

Fortunately, they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the background.

It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.

PART 2:In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College.

The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.

To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.

Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

While common law and statutory law can and should coexist peacefully, they do have at their roots different presuppositions, goals and purposes.

Most trusts are statutory trusts, created by legal edict to restrict or to grant limited license to activities that otherwise would be illegal. The tax breaks and limited liability granted to statutory trusts would be illegal if it were not for the laws that create that kind of trust. A common law trust, or pure trust, is based on the common law principles of property ownership.

“Why December 21, 2012 is NOT the End of the World”

The Mayan calendar was used by the later Aztecs and many other Native American people

Different Mayan Calendar Correlation Models

The December 21, 2012 date marks the changing of the Mayan 5,128 year long count from 12.19.19.17.19 to 0.0.0.0.0 much like an odometer. In order to align this date with the winter solstice a certain version of the Mayan calendar called the GMT correlation must be used.

This compromise date that aligns with the winter solstice date combines the Goodman, Martinez and Thompson versions of the Mayan to Gregorian calendar correlation. December 21, 2012 using the GMT correlation would be December 18, 2012 according to Joseph Goodman, December 19, 2012 according to Juan Martinez and December 23, 2012 according to Sir J. Eric Thompson. The best correlation I believe is John Pratt’s correlation, which would be December 20, 2012.

Much is made of the alignment of this Mayan reset day with the winter solstice and also aligned with the sun crossing the galactic center on that day. The fact that only the compromise correlation of the five versions I mention lands on December 21, 2012 raises questions of whether the GMT correlation is the best version. I believe it is not the best correlation and therefore the solstice and galactic equator alignments do not really occur on the Mayan date.

Galactic Equator and Earth’s Wobble

The solstice alignment is asserted to occur simultaneously on December 21, 2012 at 11:12 a.m. (UTC time) with the apparent alignment of the sun in the ecliptic plane with the galactic equator of the Milky Way. John Jenkins pointed out that on the solstice date and time that the galactic equator has been behind the sun since 1980 and will continue until 2016. This claim also depends on the accuracy of our current theory of the position of the line marking the galactic equator—which is not the only theory. Click here to examine his article. Each year the sun moves through the zodiac constellations at about one degree per day because of the orbit of the earth around the sun. Additionally, like a wheel within a wheel, the sun appears from the earth to move across the zodiac constellations one degree in every 72 years. This 25,800 year precession of the earth in its orbit is caused by a wobble of the spinning earth much like a top.

Well and good, so we have a precise date and time for the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere and a one day long count reset for the Mayan calendar. This is a rare alignment. The theory is that it means something very important, such as the end of the world. Yes, it would be important to have the calculations all down pat for something that “earth shattering.” And, it would also be good to know if there is any significance to this alignment or not.

John Pratt’s Sacred Calendar Alignment Theory

I do not believe that the GMT correlation, one done by committee, is the correct Mayan correlation. I believe that John Pratt’s correlation is the correct one, which has been proven out by the ancient calendar studies he has done for over 30 years. Change the Mayan calendar correlation by a day and most of John Pratt’s alignments don’t work at all. An amazing result of his work is that it has provided a way to actually test the correlation theories to quarter day accuracy against known or theorized sacred dates in history. Neither the GMT composite, nor the Goodman, Martinez or Thompson’s correlations will work with John’s alignment theory to give any results like we see in this summary of his sacred calendar dates. If the Mayan correlation is not on December 21, 2012 for the long count turnover, then what time of the day on, for example, December 20, 2012, should we measure whether the sun is in front of the galactic center line? The problem is that 24 hours earlier than the solstice date of December 21, 2012 11:20 UTC, the galactic center will not seem to be behind the sun at all, being one degree off due to the earth’s orbit around the sun.

If the GMT Correlation is not an Accurate Theory …

The bottom line statement is that the galactic equator alignment possibility with the winter solstice for 2012 depends on the GMT Mayan calendar correlation being a true representation of what the Mayans used. The alignment completely falls apart if the correlation is not correct.

If the GMT correlation is not correct, then the Mayan reset is not aligned with the winter solstice. And, once again, the theory of any alignment significance falls apart if there is no alignment.

Turning to Ancient and Modern Prophets

In this documentary on the history channel, interpretation of the writings of Merlin, Mother Shipton, biblical prophesies, the “web-bot” project and Hopi prophesies, along with a large dose of global warming are all woven into the 2012 doomsday date prediction.This seems to me to be mostly a big new age leap of faith and a conglomerate mass of confusion.

Joseph Smith debunked prophesies by Adventist founder William Miller on his prediction of the end of the world on April 3, 1843. Joseph Smith did not make any inspired retranslations of the Book of Revelation account that would shift the great sixth seal earthquake (Revelation 6:12-17) beyond the closing of the sixth thousand year period. With sixth seal signs yet to occur, that would seem to leave the seventh seal signs also being in the future. The largest part of the Book of Revelation talks about the seventh seal events. With so many signs still in the future, I do not believe that the end of the world will happen next year.

Read this link to John Pratt’s theory that there may be a “little season” (“Sacred Calendars Q and A: #3 Seventh Seal”) like a leap day/week/month calendar correction (a day for Gregorian, week for Enoch and month for Hebrew calendars) that could apply to the date range possible for the sixth seal events. John theorizes that it might be 2033 or all the way to 2070 before the sixth seal has fully closed, even as the seventh seal begins to open.

Neither John Pratt’s theory nor disbelief of the 2012 doomsday prediction certainly precludes great and marvelous last days signs continuing to happen across the world. An acceleration of signs will likely continue, whether they are financial collapses and wars caused by man or great tsunamis or meteor collisions caused by nature. I believe that 2012 will surely be another great year for fulfillment of last days signs.

Joseph Smith’s Last Days Events List

Joseph Smith noted other events that had yet to occur in his day and some still remain unfulfilled even today. He said: “Judah must return, Jerusalem must be rebuilt, and the temple, and water come out from under the temple, and the waters of the Dead Sea be healed. It will take some time to rebuild the walls of the city and the temple, Etc.; and all this must be done before the Son of Man will make his appearance.” (History of the Church, 5:337)

My Uncle Richard Davis, a water geologist, would tell me about the Jordan River-Dead Sea system in Israel. If the Dead Sea is to be healed and become a living lake again, then it will take a great torrent of water flowing out from under the temple to do so.

Humility is Advised

The hubris of pretending that we know the end of the world date, rather than believing the scriptures that say “neither the day nor the hour” (Matthew 25:13, D&C 133:11) is also quite striking. One of the most interesting things I have learned by following John Pratt’s ancient calendar research over many years is that the foreknowledge of God is testified of through the statistically rare calendar holy day alignments. However, because of the number of possible alignments to choose from in the ancient calendars, plus many great events that seem to have no holy day alignments at all, general predictions of future events fail. Look at John Pratt’s article on the December 26, 2004 earthquake and tsunami to understand this conclusion (“Tsunami on Trumpets”)

With the popularity of the 2012 date, hopefully we will all become better informed on the issues regarding the supposed end of world prediction and, as the prophets have urged us, not to panic. We should rather quietly and consistently continue to prepare for the great and marvelous last days events still ahead in coming years and decades.

I didn't have this happen, but then I wasn't at a VA doctors office. I did run into a little of this when I had to visit a doctor, other than my regular doctor, when my doctor was on vacation. One of the questions on the form I had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your house?? My answer was, None of your damn business!! So it is out there! It is either an insurance issue or government intervention. Either way, it is out there and the second the government gets into your medical records (As they want to under ObamaCare) it will become a major issue and will ultimately result in lock and load!! Please pass this on to all the other retired guys and gun owners...

I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:

1. Did I feel stressed?2. Did I feel threatened?3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?

The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.(Hitler called his GESTAPO, Homeland Security) The ONLY two instances where there has existed, Homeland Security, are NAZI Germany and now, The United States ... Does ANYone not see what is really wrong about that ???

Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people like retired law enforcement will be next. Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will they have? Be forewarned and be aware.

1. ELIMINATE All Corporate Income Taxes. (Gives Corporations and All businesses more money to invest in business expansion and employment.) 2. ELIMINATE All Personal Income Taxes. (Gives individuals money for spending and fueling the economy.) 3. ELIMINATE the IRS. (Saves all those salaries.) FLAT SALES TAXES would be collected at the point of sale and no need for and IRS collection center. NO MORE delinquent taxes, so no more IRS needed. 4. INSTITUTE the FLAT SALES TAX. (This would produce a larger revenue than the present corporate income tax and the personal income tax. Everybody would pay their fair share with the FLAT SALES TAX. (This would mean that all of population including that 57% we are told are not paying would now be paying their fair share. 5. Eliminate ALL unions. Transfer all pension plans and health care plans over to the Social Security and Medicare for disbursement of both retirement and health funds. 6. Politicians would have to transfer All pension plans directly to the Social Security Administration, to pay out retirement plans for the politicians. The health care politicians presently have would be transferred over to Medicare to handle any medical needs of the politicians. 7. All States would transfer all their Pension and Health Care plans to Social Security and Health care systems for disbursement for their medical needs. 8. Post Office employees would be required to do the same. 9. ALL PENSIONS would have to be restructured at time of transfer to the Social Security and Medicare systems. Funds would be disbursed the same for everyone. (If a person would have a need for additional retirement or health coverage above the plan available to everyone, they would have to establish their own Individual Retirement Plan to provide the extra funds needed to fit their needs. If they needed additional Health care not provided by Medicare, they could purchase the additional coverage outside of the system as some Medicare recipients do now. With this type of program each and every person would be treated equally. 10. If unemployment exists, no one should receive a check without contributing with some type of work for State or Federal government. Scrapbooking with Maps!

When we take road trips, especially long road trips, I like to use the road maps of where we go on some of my scrapbook pages.

Last year, we took a 3 week cross country road trip and stopped in many different states, towns and points of interest. Of course, we took lots and lots of pictures. I find that when laying out my pages for the pictures, it's fun to use a map of the area as background on the page. It's also very helpful when you are in as many places as we were on our trip.

What I do is just scan a part of the map I want in my layout; sometimes having the name of the city, town or point of interest as the focal point. Other times, the whole map is just the background for the page. After I have scanned the pertinent part of the map onto my computer, I print it out on acid free scrapbooking paper and attach it to my page.

I find this really helps with journaling as well as keeping track of what you did where.

They call Social Security and Medicare an "entitlement" even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when it’s time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why did the government borrow from it in the first place? Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.

Paper maps had some real drawbacks -- they make a lot of noise when you open and fold them, they wear out rapidly and, if they get wet, they turn into mush. Someone in MI-5(similar to America 's OSS) got the idea of printing escape maps on silk. It's durable, can be scrunched-up into tiny wads, can be unfolded as many times as needed, and makes no noise whatsoever.

At that time, there was only one manufacturer in Great Britain that had perfected the technology of printing on silk and that was John Waddington, Ltd. When approached by the government, the firm was only too happy to do its bit for the war effort.

By pure coincidence, Waddington was also the UK licensee for the popular American board game, Monopoly. As it happened, 'games and pastimes' was a category of item qualified for insertion into CARE packages, dispatched by the International Red Cross to prisoners-of-war.

Under the strictest of secrecy, in a securely guarded and inaccessible old workshop on the grounds of Waddington's, a group of sworn-to-secrecy employees began mass-producing escape maps, keyed to each region of Germany or Italy where Allied POW camps were regional system. When processed, these maps could be folded into such tiny dots that they would actually fit inside a Monopoly playing piece.

As long as they were at it, the clever workmen at Waddington's also managed to add:1. A playing token containing a small magnetic compass;2. A two-part metal file that could easily be screwed together; and3. Useful amounts of genuine high-denomination German, Italian, and French currency, hidden within the piles of Monopoly money!

British and American air crews were advised, before taking off on their first mission, how to identify a 'rigged' Monopoly set -- by means of a tiny red dot, one cleverly rigged to look like an ordinary printing glitch, located in the corner of the 'Free Parking' square.

Of the estimated 35,000 Allied POWS who successfully escaped, an estimated one-third were aided in their flight by the rigged Monopoly sets. Everyone who did so was sworn to secrecy indefinitely, since the British Government might want to use this highly successful ruse in still another, future war. The story wasn't declassified until 2007, when the surviving craftsmen from Waddington's, as well as the firm itself, were finally honored in a public ceremony.

All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.

4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.

5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/12.

The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.

Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will only take three days for most people (in the U.S. ) to receive the message. Maybe it is time.

Great Advise for a BEE Sting!

This information may be something to remember, as thisseason will soon be here again...

It might be wise to carry a penny in your pocket while working in the yard..........BEE STINGS!

A couple of weeks ago, I was stung by both a bee and hornet while working in the garden.

My arm swelled up, so I went to the doctor. The clinic gave me cream and an antihistamine. The next day the swelling was getting progressively worse, so I went to my regular doctor. The arm was Infected and needed an antibiotic. The doctor told me -" The next time you get stung, put a penny on the bite for 15 minutes".

That night, my niece was stung by two bees. I looked at the bite and it had already started to swell. So,I taped a penny to her arm for 15 minutes The next morning, there was no sign of a bite

We decided that she just wasn't allergic to the sting. Soon, I was gardening outside. I got stung again, twice by a hornet on my left hand. I thought, here I go again to the doctor for another antibiotic.

I promptly got my money out and taped two pennies to my bites, then sat and sulked for 15 minutes. The penny took the string out of the bite immediately. In the meantime the hornets were attacking, and my friend was stung on the thumb. Again the penny. The next morning I could only see the spot where the hornet had stung me. No redness, no swelling. My friend's sting was the same; couldn't even tell where she had been stung.She got stung again a few days later upon her back---cutting the grass! And the penny worked once again.

Wanted to share this marvelous information in case you experience the same problem. We need to keep a stock of pennies on hand. The doctor said that the copper in the penny counteracts the bite.

I crossed western ND a couple months ago and was amazed at all the oil works going on. Williston is booming with Halliburton and other oil company equipment every where. Hotels are full of workers and trailer courts of 8x30 campers are going in. It is a real boom town compared to the last time I was there. I didn't understand how they drilled laterally and I appreciate the information.

I think that one reason that it is booming is because much of the drilling is on private land in a business friendly state.

For those of you that haven't been following oil development in North Dakota, the Bakken shale underlies about the western third of the state and is estimated to contain over 500 Billion barrels. Yes that is Billion - not a typo. For comparison, Saudia Arabia has 25 billion and Alaska about the same. Recoverable with current technology is apparently 20% although two companies drilled two laterals in the same section in Mountrail County last summer. Up until those, the procedure was to go down vertically in one corner of a section (square mile) and drill horizontally (the lateral) at a diagonal across the section. (The closing scenes in the video are not Bakken wells - the wells are too close together.) One lateral in each section taps into a very small amount of the shale formation. Multiple laterals in one section may substantially increase the recoverable amounts. I've seen the Bakken crude and seen chemical analyses of it - it is very close to kerosene or diesel fuel - some of the sweetest crude in the world.

Initial production from the Bakken wells ranges from 300 to 2400 barrels per day depending on location since the shale seems to be different in different areas.

The Sanish-Three Forks shale is immediately below the Bakken andunderlies all of North Dakota.

The Bears Den shale is below that and it also appears to underlie all of North Dakota. No estimates on total oil in either of these yet. All three of these formations extend into Montana and Saskatchewan.

I've seen one article on the Bakken oil developments in the Wall Street Journal - nothing in any of the other media. Do you suppose that they fear support for alternative energy development would collapse if the public knew we have enough oil in North Dakota alone to supply our country's needs for many years to come?? Apparently they would prefer to cover the prairies with wind farms and the deserts with solar panels.

Despite climategate and some seriously cold weather this winter they are still pushing global warming.

In contrast to most states, North Dakota had $1 Billion surplus last year that they put into public schools and reduced our property taxes. Mostly from the severance tax on oil.

Rare Photos of Black Bears

After Halloween, no further reports and could only hope the bears survived until they hibernated. This spring, just before the snow disappeared, all six bears came out of their den and wandered all over the same familiar territory they trekked in the spring of 2007.

The photographer saw them before mid-April and dreamed nightly of taking another family portrait, a highly improbable second once-in-a-lifetime photograph.

On 25 April 2008, he achieved his dream.

I did not know about the clear button, but I will be pushing the clear button before I swipe my gas or debit cardand after just to be safe. She used her credit/debit card to purchase gas at the pump (like most of us do). She received her receipt likenormal. People are getting really desperate due to the constantly rising gas prices.

A friend just told me about something that happened to one of his coworkers. However, when she checked her statement, there were 2 $50.00 charges added in addition to her purchase. Uponinvestigation, she found out that because she did not press the 'clear' button on the pump, the employee insidethe store was able to use her card to purchase his/her own gas!To keep this from happening, after you get your receipt, you must press the 'CLEAR' button or your informationwill be stored until the next customer inserts their card. Be sure to tell all your friends/family so that this doesn't happen to them. I had never noticed the clear button butI got gas the other day and sure enough it is there. I shall be using it from now on.

Great Investment - and Not in US Dollars!

Several years ago, we made a Great Investment. Our friend Geoff Anandappa help us get it done. It was so simple you could not believe it.

In November 2nd, 2006, we made an investment into Stamps. Yes, I said stamps, what did we know about stamp collecting etc. NOT A THING!

The last evaluation on our stamp collection as of December 20th, 2010 was $15,250.00 British Sterling Pounds. So you can see how your investment works for you. That is a 51% increase in our investment.

Now hows that, even with the very bad markets we have had in the last couple years.

Yes we have different types of assets, some metals, some stocks, coins gold and silver. (The above figures were only for the Stamp Collection). If you plan a little you can reallly increase your retirement fund.

We purchased Tax Lien Certificates a couple years ago which are carrying 16% interest. We have marketed several of them on our website.

The following is my personal story, not intended as advice, only a little logic for those who might benefit from it. My hope is that it may help others find alternative ways to battle one of life's challenges.
